WORKS ON PAPER 

In 2022, Smith integrated paintings and prints within her art practice.

Inspired by the works of Salvador Dalí, experienced first-hand in 2021 at Salvador Dalí Museus , and the profound impact of Isamu Noguchi's extensive exhibition Noguchi at the Barbican, Smith found herself drawn to the potential of two-dimensional mediums.

Viewing these works on paper as extensions of her sculpture, Smith perceives them as 2D sculptures, each forming from digital blueprints of her three-dimensional artworks. This introduction of works on paper marked a pivotal evolution in her practice.
